We are a boy and two girls looking for one boy to balance the house! A bright, clean room in an amazing new-build house in SW London. A full size house with a big garden that gets the sun all day! The rent is £712 not including bills.

We are easy going, clean people who are down to earth and love a social vibe in the house. We are looking for one boy of the same age to make the house a nice balance! Let us know if you think you'd like it and we'd love to meet you.

There is an office and loads of storage for suitcases / bags etc. There is a large living room / kitchen downstairs that leads to the garden. There are 2 shared bathrooms.

The entrance is through a private gate where there's also parking available.
Located about a 5 min walk to Tooting Common. 20 min walk to Clapham South. 15-20 min walk to Balham. 10-15 min walk to Streatham. There's a bus stop at the bottom of the road and getting to Brixton / Victoria line and Clapham / Northern Line is really easy.
