We're looking for a friendly, easy-going housemate to join our lovely home in Balham!

The House 🏡
A spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom terrace house with both a front and back garden. We’re located just a 5 minute walk from the tube station.

The room available is the largest bedroom in the house and comes fully furnished. Note: the current housemate is switching rooms so some of the furniture shown in the pictures will be different.

Available from: 31 October
Rent: £1,000 per month
Bills: Approx. £60 per month each (a little higher during winter)
Deposit: £827, payable to the current flatmate who is moving out.

We're friends as well as housemates and have created a home that's relaxed, welcoming, and respectful. We're social and enjoy the occasional catch-up over a glass of wine, pub trip, or shared takeaway, but we're not a party house. We enjoy a good chat and a laugh while also respecting each other's space and downtime.
