Big double room

Great price and great location!!
I’m leaving the area for a new job after living in this flat over 2 years!
I recently swapped rooms within the flat as I wanted this larger room and planned to get ig painted and sort out a new bed frame etc but given my new circumstances I now won’t be doing that so the room is yours to make you own!!

Viewings tonight and tomorrow!

Wanting a friendly professional- ideally someone who doesn’t WFH- who enjoys a catch up in the living room etc but also likes their own space/has their own life etc.

Flat needs a bit of TLC but in general it really is a great spot in the good vibes of Balham!!

First month rent will go directly to me as during this first morn you would be a sublet, and then by next month you can join contract. **this is only because I have another months notice to do*
Ps normal renting process will apply- ie reference/job status/check you can pay etc!
