Room+Study in 3BR homely Balham flat!

Hi! We’re Lucy and Ana and we are looking for a new flatmate as our lovely flatmate is moving north of the river.

✨Dates & Location:
- Room available from the 30th Oct 2026
- 2 min walk from Tooting Common
- 15 min walk from Balham Station

✨Rent & Bills:
The rent is £867 per month, bills are approx £150. We have a good relationship with the landlords and we’d love for someone to stay long term!! And the deposit is roughly £800.

✨About the flat & room:
The flat has three bedrooms and study - you would get one of the rooms and the study to yourself (as pictured)! We also have a cute garden out the back which is lovely for BBQs/chilling on a nice summer eve ☀️

✨Looking for:
We’re keen to find a girl of a similar age (25-29) who is looking for a house to make a home!!

✨About us:
We both work in central - I work in data for a drinks company and Lucy works for the House of Commons! Outside of work we are very sociable and have been known to enjoy a few tequilas in our time, but are also very comfortable doing our own things. We have our own friend groups but hang out together a lot, and would love for someone to join our yaps on the couch!! I regularly play tennis and love a European city break and Lucy can be found at park run, playing netball (bonus if you want to join the team!), or hanging out with friends.
