Hey! My current housemate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take the second room in our 2-bed flat in Balham.

- Literally 30 seconds from Tooting Common (amazing green space) 🌳

- ~15 mins to Balham station (Northern Line + National Rail)

- Super quiett residential street, pretty much no traffic or noise

- Tooting Bec Lido ~10 mins away

- Loads of pubs, cafés, gyms and supermarkets nearby

Furnished double with a really comfy mattress, huge wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There’s loads of shared space elsewhere in the flat as well, so it feels much more like a home than somewhere you’re stuck in your bedroom.

💰 £1,250 rent + £180 fixed bills
Bills include gas/heating, electricity, water, internet + Sky TV.

📅 Available 25th September
Around 6 months would be ideal, but there’s some flexibility.

I’m 33, work as a software engineering manager, and I’m into tech, films, gaming, pubs, seeing mates/family and spending time with my girlfriend.
