Bedroom in a Balham 3 bed

Hey!

We have a room available in a 3-bed in Balham from the 28th October🤍 Living with myself and Abbey.

- So close to Balham station - about a 30 second walk (underground and overground)
- Double bedroom (no room for desk in bedroom but space to work in kitchen on laptop)
- Sharing a bathroom with me
- Open plan kitchen/dining/living room
- Small balcony
- Communal gym, roof terrace, large storage cupboard and workspace in the building
- £1243 (this includes a set bills package which covers all bills, expect council tax which is currently £26 a month each)
- A little bit about us! We like a mix of nights out, pub trips, going out for food, pilates/gym, as well as chill night at home together. We’re 28 and 25, and we’re both in the office 3 or more days a week (ideally looking for someone with a similar wfh/office set up). We're both super clean and looking for someone to be the same in the flat, also would love for someone to be a friend and not just a flatmate xx
