I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate’s room in a lovely two-bedroom flat in Du Cane Court, one of Balham’s most iconic historic apartment buildings.

The room gets lots of natural light throughout the day thanks to its southwest-facing aspect, with great afternoon/evening sun. The flat is modern and comfortable, and the building has 24-hour concierge, modern lifts and well-maintained communal areas.
