Hi! I’m moving out of my flat and looking for someone to replace me!

- 2 bed 2 bath flat - shower room and then bathroom with a full bath
- Purpose built flat complex with a lift and maintenance company
- Open plan kitchen/ living room with a large dishwasher
- 3 mins walk from the tube and train station and high street shops/ gym etc.
- Surrounded by lots of green space with Clapham Common, tooting common and Wandsworth common within 10 mins walk!
- Furnished with bedside table, bed, in-built wardrobe (the closed cupboard you see in the video) and a large chest of drawers
- There’s a deep storage cupboard in the flat for extra storage

Available to move in as soon as referencing is complete.

I’ve lived in the area for 4 years and it is a great spot! Bills come up to about £125 per month. There will be a £50 referencing fee which goes to the landlord
