I’m sadly leaving my lovely Balham house, and am looking for someone to fill my room from the 15th of November!

£975 per month + bills

£1192.31 deposit

* Cozy fully furnished double bedroom
* Large window that looks out onto own garden and gets the morning sun
* The room has no desk so would be tricky to wfh in there, but there’s plenty of space in the lounge if need be!
* Large kitchen and living room
* Shared bathroom with a bath
* Super cute neighbours who have helped with parking permits and gardening tools

The area:
* Very central location - less than 10 min walk to Balham High Street
* 5 mins from Tooting Common
* 7 mins from Balham Station (Overground & Northern line)

Referencing requirements:
* Earning £29.5k
* Full time employment
* Have Right to Rent here (passport or share code)

You’ll be living with two lovely girls, both 28, who work hybrid. We’re looking for someone of similar age who is clean, respectful and wants to be not just housemates! They love to cook and do shared meals, which you’d be more than welcome to join in on too! They enjoy a trip to the local pub/night out and love live music, however also like movie nights at home or going on hikes together.
