Double room in central Balham

Hi! I’m moving out of my lovely flat on Balham high street and looking for a replacement flatmate!

You’ll be living with two girls, Anna and Lauren, who are in the mid-late 20s. Anna works in higher education and Lauren is in sales, and work a mix of wfh and in the office.

The flat is super central, right next to Balham tube station, Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Waitrose. Lots of coffee shops and pubs on your door step and a gym just across the road.

The room is a double bedroom, comes with a wardrobe, bed, bedside table, square set of ikea shelves. The desk I am happy to sell if interested (fits very nicely in the spot under the window). There is also extra storage in the cupboard with the boiler (boiler is very quiet and only runs when someone uses the hot water). We have two bathrooms (one with shower) and a shared kitchen/living room area.

The flat is definitely a home rather than somewhere to just have a room. We love to hang out and watch tv together, but also are busy out and about throughout the week!
