Very sad to be leaving this beautiful home after 3 years, but I’m moving on and looking for someone lovely to take over my cosy attic room!

📍 Amazing location — only an 8-minute walk to Balham tube/train station and the High Road. Perfectly situated between Wandsworth, Tooting and Clapham Commons, with loads of great pubs, restaurants, cafés and coffee spots nearby, while still feeling really homely and residential.

🏡 You’ll be living with 5 wonderful flatmates — Eoghan, Bláithín, Connor, Aneesha and Jay. It’s a friendly house with a really lovely atmosphere.

The room is on the top floor and you only share the upstairs bathroom with one other person, which is such a bonus in a larger house.

We also have a huge shared kitchen/living space and a garden ☀️🌿
