Double room in Balham - 6 months (SUBLET)

One of our lovely housemates, Zoe, is heading off to Australia for 6 months, so we’re looking for someone fabulous to take over her room from October!

You’d be moving into a 4-bedroom house in the heart of Balham, living with three sociable girls who enjoy a good pub, dinner out, a spontaneous plan (and probably a WhatsApp message that starts with “drinks?” 😂).

The room is fully furnished, and bills + cleaner are included, so you can move straight in without having to worry about buying furniture or arguing over whose turn it is to clean the bathroom.

📍 Location is 👌 - on Bushey Down, just a short walk from:

🚇 Balham Station - Northern Line + National Rail, making getting into central London super easy
🍸 Balham High Street - loads of bars, pubs, restaurants, cafés and brunch spots
🌳 Tooting Common - perfect for walks, runs, picnics or pretending you're going to become a morning person
🍻 Hildreth Street Market and all the surrounding Balham/Tooting foodie spots
🚇 Tooting Bec & Clapham South are also nearby if you fancy mixing up your commute

The house is very much a home rather than just somewhere to sleep, so we're looking for someone sociable, friendly and up for getting involved - whether that's a house dinner, pub trip, Sunday roast or simply a debrief in the kitchen after a long day.

Important: this is a 6-month sublet while Zoe travels, so we're specifically looking for someone who needs somewhere from October for around 6 months.
