Bright Double Room in Friendly House

Sharing a bathroom with only 1 flatmate. Available from 22 October (can be flexible to be after this date).

🌟The house: Although there are 6 of us in the house, it’s so spacious that we never are in on top of one another. It’s located on a quiet street, only a 7 min walk away from Balham tube station and all the great pubs and restaurants Balham has to offer.

🌟The flatmates: Aneesha, (English, 28), an Irish couple Eoghan (31) and Bláithín (29), Jay (English, 26) and Connor (English, 27). We don’t tend to do group activities / do flat dinners etc purely because we all have different schedules and different interests but we always keep up with each others lives by having a chat in the evenings after work. We are a friendly bunch and get on really well with one another and like to keep the place well maintained and clean. The house has a friendly, easy going vibe.

🌟The room: it’s always lovely and bright! There isn’t a desk as the previous girl did not wfh, however there is space for one should you need it. Lots of storage space which can be shown in person.

🌟Viewings: 5 & 6 October in the evenings. Please do not contact us if you can’t make these dates/times. We will not be making exceptions for people to view the house on alternative dates/times. We all have busy schedules and we all like to meet potential flatmates!
