We have a lovely double room available in our spacious, modern, 3-bed flat which is a 6min walk from Balham station!

Sharing with 2 other professional females (Scarlett & Emily) who are 29/30 and are looking for a friendly & sociable female in their late 20's/early 30's to join our wholesome flat! Hobbies include exploring the local coffee shops/brunch spots, socialising, music, fitness & going to the pub!

There is one bathroom with a bath and shower, an open plan kitchen/living room and a garden.

The bedroom is located in the middle of the flat with doors out to the garden. It has high ceilings and is south facing so get's a large amount of light (with a good set of blinds!). It comes unfurnished but the chest of drawers came with the room and there is an option to buy the wardrobe if interested.

Although the flat comes unfurnished all furniture in the living room belongs to Emily & Scarlett and so will remain.

The flat is a ground floor flat down a no-through road making it very quiet, it is also handily opposite Balham leisure centre.

It is in a great location, just off Balham high street and within spitting distance of lots of great coffee shops, restaurants and pubs!

The move in date is Sunday 22nd November, references and deposit required. Rent is currently £1,020 per month and bills come to around £100. Sits within Wandsworth council tax band D.
