Balham flat 5 mins from station

IDEALLY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A ROOM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. However open to having full week if all aligns.

Price negotiable if shorter duration.

I am looking for someone who is chilled, clean, wants to watch crappy telly or just chat after our long days at work. Ideally would have someone who is in the office quite frequently as we currently don’t have a desk in there (this may change once he is out and we can wade through the clothes to fit one in). With overall space in the flat being quite small, I wouldn’t want them having people to stay frequently (boyfriend/girlfriend etc).

Once my brother leaves the flat, the room will be carpeted and potentially repainted to match the rest of the flat. There is also a garden to the side of the property.

About me:

I’m nearly 30, work in finance and have quite a relaxed lifestyle. I love fitness/cycling, going to the pub and eating out, but don’t have late nights (home by 10pm on a week night and then 12ish at the weekend so probs would want to live with someone who has a similar lifestyle).
