4th Housemate wanted: Balham, Large double

Hi everyone! We're three friends (25-26, all working professionals, 2 girls 1 guy) looking for a fourth to join our house in Balham. We've lived together happily for two and a half years in Brixton, and we're moving into this place for the long term, so we're hoping to find someone who'll become a friend, not just a name on the rent.

The room 🛏️

Bedroom 2 is the biggest of the four (4.94 x 3.60) with high ceilings, original features, a fitted wardrobe wall and a built-in desk set into three big bay-style windows. It's bright and quiet, with plenty of storage.

The house 🏠

- 4 bed house, 7 minute walk from Balham station (Northern Line and National Rail)

- The extension is being refurbished and will be ready for our move in

- Big open-plan kitchen/diner with garden doors onto a decked garden with seating (has also been cleaned up), BBQ and shed

- Furnished and bright throughout

- Two bathrooms (one with a bath, one with a shower)

The price 💸

£1,350 pcm, excluding bills. Deposit is £1834.50 each

Who we are 🧍‍♂️

Three working professionals who love pub quizzes, hosting dinners, film nights and playing sport. Lots of Balham/Clapham Common pub time is expected! 🍻

Who we're looking for 🔎

Ideally 25+, a working professional looking for a longer-term place to settle, and someone sociable who'd like to be part of a close-knit house. Sorry, no couples.
