Double Bedroom in Clapham South/Balham

Hi! I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in Balham for up to 2.5 weeks (flexible between 17th Oct and 4th Nov) as I've got an overlap between tenancies. You'll be sharing with a quiet, respectful flatmate, Francisco!

Rent, including bills, comes to £300 a week - including a cleaning lady every other week for the shared areas.

The bedroom is bright, fully furnished and set up for WFH. The room is spacious with a double bed, built-in alcove shelves, a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a big desk and a digital piano that you're welcome to use. It's very sunny in the morning and despite overlooking the street side, very quiet.
