Large Double-bed in friendly house-share

I am planning to go back home and I’d like to find someone nice & friendly to take over my room, in a 3-bed house.

The room comes with a double-bed and a 2-year old mattress. A cabinet with drawers a bed-side table, a built in wardrobe and a mirror. Large window with views to the garden. You’d also have xtra space in a built-in storage in the corridor.

The flatmates are Hugh, he’s Australian and really friendly and would like a sociable housemate. Works as a chef. Andre, he’s Portuguese and also new to the house, is mostly working at the hospital most of the time, so you’ll barely see him.

We have a large shared living room with 2 comfy sofas and a dining table with 3 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and everyone has their space in the fridge and frizzer. Shower and toilet are separated. The garden is shared with the upstairs neighbours, a really nice family that maintains the garden.

The property is managed by Foxtons and you’ll have access to their property app to let them know if anything needs to be fixed.

Balham is a lovely residential area, loads of shops and pubs in the high street, as well as a large Sainsbury’s, Whiterose and Aldi. The house is a 15 minute walk to the Station, with access to underground and southern-eastern trains to Clapham Junction and London Victoria. There’s a bus stop just outside of the house.

The bills (Council, Water, Electricity & Gas, Wi-Fi) are around £140 - £150. Depends on the energy usage.

The room is available ASAP, and the deposit is secured with Zero Deposits so you’d only have to pay £250. Please note 31 October is an estimated date but once you know you want to take we can start to make the change process with the agency and I can vacate within 2 weeks.
