Our lovely housemate is sadly moving out in November, so we’re looking for a new girl to join our Balham home! 🏡 Ideally someone sociable, clean and tidy, and who’s keen to make the flat feel like home.
The Room ☀️
A bright, fully furnished double room with plenty of natural light! Includes a double bed, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe (the doors are currently off but can easily be put back on).
The flat has a spacious open plan kitchen/living area and two shared bathrooms, both with showers.
Who You’ll Be Living With 👯♀️
We’re Mirjam (27), Emma (26) and Cesca (26)! We have a lovely balance of doing our own thing while also enjoying time together, whether that’s watching TV, having a catch-up or planning the odd flat outing. We’d love someone who enjoys a similar vibe!
Location 📍
Just a 5-minute walk from Balham Station (Northern Line & National Rail), with Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Aldi, TK Maxx and Boots all within a 5-minute walk too!
The Details 💸
* Rent: £820 pcm
* Bills: Approx. £90 pcm
* Shared costs for cleaning and household essentials
* Move-in date: 7th November
If this sounds like your kind of home, drop us a message telling us a little about yourself! We’d love to hear from you! 💌
