Furnished double room in my flat, available on a rolling weekly basis. Ideal for someone working in London during the week who heads home at weekends. You’re welcome to leave your things here over the weekend.

📍 4-min walk to Tooting Bec (Northern line): about 20–25 mins to the City and West End, no changes. 8 mins’ walk to Balham high street.
🛏 Furnished, fresh bed linen provided and changed every 2 weeks
💻 Desk and workstation in the room if you work from home

🚿 Shared bathroom plus a separate second toilet
🍳 Shared kitchen, cook whenever you like

I’m a live-in landlord and the living room is mainly my space, so this suits someone happy to have their room as their base. The flat is quiet and relaxed.

£275 per week, bills included. Minimum stay 1 week, longer stays welcome by arrangement. Rolling weekly, with 1 week’s notice either side. Deposit: 1 week’s rent (£275). First week paid in advance.
