✨ Double room available in a gorgeous Balham flat | Dec ’26 – Mar ’27 ✨

Looking for a girl in their late 20’s- early 30’s to take a double room in our spacious, homely three-bed flat in Balham for four months, from 1 December 2026 to 31 March 2027 (slightly flexible on move-in date).

🏡 The flat: Super spacious, with a cosy lounge, a big kitchen and a garden. We’re also right by Tooting Common and just over a 10-minute walk to Balham station (Northern line + National Rail).

🛏️ The room: A double room on the top floor, with your own private toilet. The shower is shared with the other two flatmates.

👯‍♀️ The flatmates: You’ll be living with two amazing girls in their early 30s — one Aussie and one Canadian. We love a wine and a chat, but also have our own things going on, so it’s a nice balance.

💸 Rent: £1,300 per month, including bills.

💕 Who we’re looking for: A girl in her late 20s to early 30s who’s friendly, enjoys a glass of wine and a chat, but also has her own things going on. Someone tidy and respectful who’ll treat the flat like home and love it just as much as we do!
