I am leaving this lovely flat after 6.5 very happy years here to move in with my partner. This flat boasts an excellent location between Wandsworth and Clapham Commons, and is a short walk from Northcote Road, Clapham South station and Balham.

You would be living with my lovely flatmate Georgia who is sociable, kind and considerate, very tidy and respectful, and a fun pub companion! Georgia works in the medical profession and therefore doesn’t work from home. There’s work from home space in the living room where you will not be disturbed, but will have a nice view of the birds, cats, squires and foxes who frequent the garden. You will also meet the other ground floor flat’s corgi, who I occasionally dog sit for.
The block is only 3 storeys high and we’ve got good relationships with our neighbours. The street itself is very quiet (and very fancy) so it’s nice to do the washing up across from a mansion!
