About the arrangement

I’m looking for a respectable, clean and tidy professional who is considerate and happy to share a home. I spend a fair amount of time away, so you’ll have the flat largely to yourself, particularly at weekends. The rent reflects this arrangement and the additional privacy and space it offers.

When I’m around, I’m looking for someone who appreciates that this is my home too and is considerate of shared spaces.

Bills: Approximately £150 per person per month, depending on utility usage. Shared separately.
