Large-bright double room in 2 bed Flat-Balham

Hi there,

My flatmate is moving out, but I would really like to stay in this flat. It's really nice, larger than average, in a lovely/safe area- very close to Balham station, with great transport link connections.

- The flat has 2 large double bedrooms, a VERY large sitting room, with a separate good size kitchen and a balcony. The bathroom has a bath and a shower.

- Your room is spacious with a huge window full of light, worth seeing!
Check out the details below, we can arrange a viewing in the evenings M-F after work (from 6pm this week) or over the weekend.

- The room has a double bed, a chest of draws, a wardrobe, a table/desk, and a chair. It has a huge window, so there is plenty of light and sun. It is also very quiet, as it leads to the back garden

- Facilities: Washing machine, fridge, freezer, all crockery, unlimited high speed internet with sky, big TV ( free view ), an iron, and an ironing board. There is also some storage space.

- Location. The flat is within a 10 min walk from Balham station. 10 min to Victora, 5 min to Clapham Junction, 35 min to Gatwick, and 22 min to Bank.

We have off street parking available.
Balham Leisure Centre is down the road, and so it is the lovely park for the keen joggers!

- Cleaner: We have a lady that comes for 3hrs every 2 weeks.

- About sharing with me: I'm fairly busy during the week, I do consultancy work in the insurance industry. I travel for work occasionally, and also through sports on the weekends. I cycle to work sometimes, and WFH once a week occasionally.
I like cooking at home, and inviting friends around occasionally. I also like going out with a mixture of work and sports friends.
I'm quite relaxed, easy going and sociable, and so I would like a flatmate who wants to have a home, as opposed to just a room.

The ideal flatmate should feel free to do whatever they want whenever, invite friends around, that's fine. But also someone considerate, i. e. Communicating when there are guests around, and keeping the flat clean. I am not OCD, but you know what I mean..

There is plenty of space in the flat, having a separate kitchen means we have extra space

I would be happy to share with girls or guys, I'm used to both.

- Finance: Rent is £750pcm, and bills around £90 each. The cleaner costs are £30 pcm each.
