I own the property but don’t live there so your flatmate would be my existing tenant - a friendly, considerate girl and her well behaved dog, so you must like dogs!

Great location in the heart of Dalston but off the beaten track, so convenient but quiet. One of 8 purpose-built blocks in a cluster of low-rise, red brick buildings surrounded by communal gardens and off the main road - centrally located but also away from traffic noise.

This is a 6 month contract (available until the end of September) with the possibility to extend, depending on circumstances.
