I'm looking for someone to sublet my lovely room in our spacious flat in the iconic Barbican Estate.

The room is available from the 1st of April (although you can move in earlier if needed) to the 9th of May.

Ideal for someone looking for a 5 week stay in one of London's most sought-after architectural gems.

You’ll be sharing with three friendly, easygoing guys – Nicholas, Ed, and Daniel – who work in creative fields and the civil service. I’m a queer woman, and the flat has always been a relaxed, mixed-gender space with a warm and respectful vibe.

The room comes fully furnished with a comfy double bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe – perfect if you work from home or need a quiet space to focus. The flat itself is bright and spacious, with large windows and access to the beautiful Barbican gardens – a rare green haven in the middle of the city. There’s also private bike storage, which is a huge bonus if you cycle.

The rent is £850. Bills are fixed at £140. So the total monthly cost is £990.

The deposit is £500.
