10 weeks Master bedroom Barbican Tower 29th floor

Hi there

I am letting my incredible room in an incredible Barbican flat for 10 weeks from 13th September while I am away on tour.

The flat is on the 29th floor with a wrap-around balcony, large living room,
kitchen, bathroom and second WC, high speed internet etc etc. We all love it here it’s basically the Hotel California.

You would be sharing with 3 others - Andrea (a TV researcher) Nick (a journalist) and Daniel (a civil servant).

The room is furnished (see photos) but as I am returning it will still contain a load of my books etc. You will have one half of the floor to ceiling wardrobe cleared out for your use, so you’d need to be ok with that.
You’ll also have use of the bedroom tv/Apple TV as well as a key to the garage for secure bike storage and the magic Barbican key to all the communal gardens.

Rent is 250 a week all in but open to negotiation if you’re here for the whole stretch
