I have one large double room available in lovely Barnes.

It has great connections to Putney, Richmond, Hammersmith and central via Barnes Bridge station 5 mins walk away.

Bright and modern girly maisonette based on Barnes High street with lots of shops!

Open kitchen lounge and loo with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs with the bathroom.

-Room available is upstairs and is unfurnished but potentially may be bed/draws for sale.

- Washer/dryer, dishwasher etc all mod cons.

Nearest shops:

-Sainsbury’s local 5 mins from our door
- M&S 5 min away
-Gail’s, Caffè Nero, pubs all within 5-15 min walk.
-Westfield 20-30 mins
-Putney 15 min bus journey
_ Richmond 20 min bus or train journey
-Central 35 mins via Vauxhall or Waterloo

About us:

We’ve lived together for nearly 4 years, we love our own space but do enjoy a wine and chat on the sofa watching a film or (shamefully Love Island!) or a drink in the pub locally.
We’re looking for someone with a similar chilled vibe and interests, easy going who can slot right in with us and the cats 🙂

👀 What’s important/nice touches

- Real tidiness and cleanliness. No clutter left in shared spaces or dishes/food left in sink. We’re relaxed but like to keep the kitchen a nice clean environment for everyone to use.

- Shared responsibility for cleaning and buying flat necessities. (We use Splitwise for this which works really well!)

- Clean up through the day as you go.

-It’s a quiet flat but has a positive happy vibe so we’re always chatting, laughing & listening to music and just generally living so we’d love someone who also brings that positive energy too.

- Ideally no one who works night shifts (sorry!) as that would be tricky navigating quiet times but we have respect for the nap so someone mindful of everyone’s routines and habits, just generally being mindful would be lovely.

-Making it more a home environment so the odd dinner, cocktail night, movie, pub visit, coffee, birthdays, fresh flowers etc. ❤️
