Available from the end of October/ start of November 2026. I have a good size, sunny, furnished double room to rent in my two-bedroom flat for full time (700 inc. bills) or Monday to Friday let (£650 inc. bills).

The flat is situated just off White Hart Lane in Barnes. The room is available from the end of October/ start of November , though there is a little flexibility depending on circumstances.

The flat is sunny and spacious with a separate kitchen and living room, bathroom and ample storage (fitted wardrobe, two sets of drawers and under-bed space) with a small desk. There is super-fast hyper optic broadband, secure inside bike storage and free residents’ onsite parking.

It is 10 mins walk from Barnes and Barnes Bridge stations with 25 mins direct to Waterloo, 7 mins to Richmond for the District Line, and 8 min direct connection to Kew Bridge, should you work in Brentford.

If you are a medic, it is 10 mins bus ride to Hammersmith Bridge and 15 min walk to Charing Cross Hospital, approx. half hr or so from Chelsea and Westminster, 15 mins cycle c. 30 mins walk to Queen Mary’s Roehampton, c 30 mins direct train to Norbiton for Kingston Hospital.

It is 10/15 mins walk from Rosslyn Park Rugby ground and 10/15 mins cycle from Chiswick and Putney boathouses.

Nearby bus routes run to Hammersmith Bridge., Putney Bridge (District Line), Richmond, Clapham, Putney and Tooting via Wimbledon.

The A3 is ten mins drive and M4 15 mins traffic depending.

It is a stone's throw from the beautiful Barnes Village amenities and great local cafes, pubs, cafes and restaurants; The Sun Inn, Rick Steins’ and the Olympic to name a few! The stunning river side is less than 10 mins walk and Richmond Park is 10 mins by bike. There are also local health clubs and gyms close by.

East Sheen is 15 mins walk / short bus ride away which has a large Waitrose and excellent amenities.

I am a friendly language Project Manager working from home 2/3 days per week. I do sports and a language course a couple of nights a week usually and have friends and family close by. I’m quite sociable but like my own space as well.
