This is light accommodation occupying the whole of the second floor of this terraced house. It consists of the double bedroom and ensuite bathrom/WC The bedroom is furnished with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, TV, one small cupboard and, plenty of bookshelves. These two rooms are for the private use of the lodger.
The kitchen and conservatory/dining room are shared with the owner.
The rest of the three-bedroom house is occupied solely by the owner.
The house is in a peaceful cul-de-sac close to Hammersmith Bridge. Castelnau parade of shops which include a pharmacy, hairdresser, grocer, newsagent, dentist, cafés and restaurants is just around the corner.
I am looking for a woman who is not planning to work regularly from home.
