I have spare rooms in my property in the lovely affluent area in Barnes SW13 London. Looking for students that would like a student friendly space with full facilities in zone 3 London. Easy access to central London, closely to Roehampton Uni, St Mary's, Kingston University and others north of the river such as Imperial, Kings, UCL.

Very safe area, lots of public transport all hours. No party heads please. Household owned by a Space Engineer, totally respectful of neighbours, but loads to do not only in the house but outside too. Free use of bathroom area, kitchen etc. My home is very clean, so looking for students that would like a great space to have whilst studying

You will have your own coffee machine in your room, own areas for your toiletries, space in fridge, freezer etc. I also home cook, so hoppy to offer home cooked dinners of all varieties as a world cuisine and fan of fresh and spicy foods. Free wifi and you will have your own Tv with Netflix etc.

If you have your own car, there is lots of parking but you will need to cover parking permit costs.

If you are looking for somewhere very chilled to study and somewhere very comfortable to call home while at uni, within zone 3, then this could be a good fit for you.
