Double room in a lovely, bright and spacious three bedroom flat.

We're situated right next to Barnes Village, so on the doorstep of a friendly local community, handy shops, a weekly farmers market, The Olympic Studios - a great boutique cinema (a one minute walk away), some really nice pubs and great riverside walks.

The room is part furnished but it can be removed if preferred. Otherwise, it will come with wardrobe and a new king size bed.

There's a decent sized kitchen, a spacious living room, and bathroom. There's a secure area to store a bicycle if needed, and a lovely big roof terrace with awesome views over London and the SW.

In zone 2, we're close to the bus stop for all buses to Hammersmith for the Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith and City tube, which take 5 mins to get to on the bus, a 15 minute walk; or it's a 10 minute walk to Barnes Station (zone 3) for Clapham Junction and Waterloo..

A bit about us! You'd be sharing with two female family members in our 40s and 20s. We both work (one of us in film the other in events), we both travel a fair bit for work and pleasure, like watching films and TV (occasionally), both into our food, and always up for a chat. We would also respect your need for privacy.. We've lived here very happily for 18 years and have had a few lovely roommates along the way - maybe you could be the next one!

We're looking for an easy going housemate who is happy to hang out from time to time, but also respect everyone has there own thing going on.
