THE FLAT

My flat spans the 2 lower floors of this period house.

Your room is on the ground floor, along with another room that is currently occupied by a nice girl from Manchester who works as an estate agent on Upper Street. My bedroom, your bathroom and the shared kitchen are in the basement.

There's a fully-equipped kitchen ready for you to use - you can cook, store food, and use all the kitchen essentials that are already there, like olive oil, kitchen towels, salt and pepper etc.. I also make buy communal things like toilet paper, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets and these are also all included in your rent.

There is also a lovely very large garden with lots of outdoor seating. Even in the colder months it's a real geam, and a great place for a morning cup of tea, or a bit of reading with a blanket.

YOUR ROOM

Your room is quite large and has a comforable double bed, desk, sofa, coffee table, and chest of drawers. There's also a beautiful marble fireplace and nice big period windows with wooden shutters.

In the past I have rented out the room on Airbnb so it's fully ready to go, including all bedding and some plants - perfect for those looking for a short-term, flexible base, but also great for longer stays.

The bathroom (downstairs) is shared with just myself and occasional visitors and is cleaned regularly by a professional cleaner, so it's usually fairly clean.

YOUR STAY

I am open to flexible stays from one week onwards. Longer stays of several months are great too, and I'm also open to someone moving in and then seeing how long they'd like to stay. In the past I have had several flatmates arrive for a week or two short stay, but then extending it several times, and ending up staying for many months. The room is less suited for permanent long-term stays as I'm planning to do some building works next summer/autumn for which you'd have to move out - exact date is yet to be confirmed.

Pricing for shorter stays is usually around £50 per night / £350 per week all inclusive.
