1-Month Sublet Studio in Central London

Hi there!

I’m subletting my studio flat in central London for 1 month. It's located on Caledonian Road, which is super close to King’s Cross and within reach of all the cool areas :). I'm renting it out at a discounted rate of £950 p/m (incl. bills), on a pro rata basis, to find the right person. You can move in on Tue, 6 October and stay 1 month or a bit longer (dates are flexible).

The spacious room is located on the top floor and has a nice layout – I have my own fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage and high ceilings with lots of light coming from two sash windows. The studio is decorated with art, furniture and carpets that make the space feel warm and homey.

The only thing that is shared is the bathroom, which I share with three other girls, who are all super friendly and clean. It is cleaned regularly and has been refurbished recently which is great! The sublet is only available for someone who identifies as female or queer due to the bathroom being shared.
