1 room available in King’s Cross

Looking for a person to take over my lovely room in a 3-bed flat King’s Cross.

The room has a small double bed, a full-length mirror, a built-in wardrobe, a bedside drawer and a big window, which you can open completely and it’s been very useful when it’s hot. It also allows great sunlight in the afternoon.

There is plenty of storage in the flat and it comes with 2 bathrooms. The living room is airy and bright, and there’s a shared desk for working from home, alternatively you can use the table in the kitchen too.

Dishwasher, laundry machine and oven are available in the kitchen. Multiple cupboard and pantry to store food.

You will be sharing with 2 other women (both professionals in their 30s). They’re respectful and friendly.

Loads of cafes, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Great transport connections from King’s Cross/St. Pancras. Tesco, Co-op and Waitrose are all in the area.

Bills are usually around £120-£150 per person, depending on the season. Including the bi-weekly cleaning service for the shared area.

I’ve enjoyed living here but ready to move on to the next stage of my life!
