I'm looking to rent out a spare room. This will suit a working single person (no pets and non-smoker).

Spacious room, great bed and mattress, WiFi, bills included, great view from bedroom. Council tax to be discussed Band C. The area is incredible for all amenities. 5 min walk to Highbury station.

Offer is full time for 6 / possibly 12 months. A clean and tidy person and limited guests considered.

I'm early 50s , professional and just want to share some bills and a great room / location.
