Bright large room in friendly house, great locatio

I'm sadly leaving this gorgeous room and house!! This house has been one of my favourite house shares ever, you'll be living with three other girls who are so lovely, fun and make this feel like a family home.

The move out date is the 8th but there is flexibility for this to be earlier. Rent is £920 plus bills (100-130), and the deposit is £1063.

The room is huge and comes with a bed and wardrobe. The whole house gets a lot of sunlight so it feels open and light. We share a terrace with our neighbours which is so lucky in London!!

The location is amazing as we are next to an overground, close to tubes and under a 20 min walk to Kings Cross. There are so many pubs, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep.
