Room available in Islington Townhouse

Hi, we are two girls in our late 20s and early 30s and we are looking for a replacement third flatmate in our lovely Islingtontownhouse !

The room
You will be replacing one of our flatmates in the lower back bedroom, which is a cosy, quiet room that backs onto the garden. The room comes semi furnished with a bed, wardrobe and bedside table. There are a couple of additional pieces of furniture which Harriet is happy to leave behind if you’d like them. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

The flatmates
You will be living with Jess who works in architecture and Anna who works in international development. In our free time we like eating out, explore different neighbourhoods, and travelling as much as possible.

We are looking for a likeminded person who will treat the flat like a home (not just a place to sleep), has their own thing going on but is open to the odd flat dinner/ drinks. We’d like someone who is clean and tidy and will respect the flat and each other’s space.

One of the flatmates is immuno suppressed so we are quite conscious of that and socialise outside of the house for health reasons. So we are looking for somebody who is happy to do the same and keep the flat a nice chilled space for everyone to come back to.

Ideally, you would work mainly from the office due to lack of work from home space as a result of how we currently use the flat.
