Hi!!

My flatmate is moving out at the end of August, so I’m looking for a new flatmates to move in from 1st September.

I’m hoping to stay because I absolutely love living here, and I’m planning to move into the larger room, which means my current room and my flatmate’s room will both be available.

Location

The flat is in an amazing spot in Fulham/Hammersmith, with fantastic transport links:

5-minute walk to Barons Court Station

10-minute walk to West Kensington Station

15–20-minute walk to West Brompton Station

20-minute walk to Hammersmith

It takes me around 18 minutes on the Tube to get into Central London, which is one of the reasons I love living here.

The flat itself is on the smaller side and doesn’t have a living room, but the location and price definitely make up for it.

Rent

Room 1 (Smaller Room)

* Rent: £813.70 pcm

* Approx. £920 pcm including bills and council tax

Wi-Fi isn’t included in the above totals as it’s paid directly to the landlord every 4–6 months and works out at roughly £60 per person each time.

The landlord has mentioned there may be a rent increase when we resign, but it will be no more than 5%, so please bear that in mind before getting in touch.

I’ve lived here for almost two years now and genuinely love it. The location is amazing, the transport links are great, and I think it’s really good value for the area. The rooms come furnished.

Smaller room - bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table and chair. The bed has storage and the white shelves come with the room. The black lamp and bedside table are not included.

About the Flat

This definitely isn’t a party house. I enjoy having friends over occasionally, but overall it’s a calm, respectful home, and I’d love to keep that vibe. I’m looking for people who are clean, considerate and want somewhere that feels like home rather than just somewhere to stay.

Ideally, I’m looking for people who work full-time (a typical 9–5 or similar). I work in a hybrid role and usually work from home around two days a week, so another hybrid worker would fit in well too.

A Little About Me

I’m 23, originally from the North East, and I work in media.

I’d love to live with people who are friendly and sociable. It would be nice if we could be more than just flatmates, whether that’s chatting after work, going for a pub drink every now and then, having a takeaway together or watching a film.

I’m definitely more of a chilled person than a big party girl. I love a cosy night in just as much as I enjoy heading to the pub with friends. I’m a huge film lover (and I really mean it, I feel like I’ve watched everything!) and you’ll usually find me at the cinema most weekends. I also love binge-watching a good series, trying new restaurants, cooking, and finding fun things to do around London.

If you’re looking for a relaxed, friendly home with someone who’s easy to live with and always up for a chat, I’d love to hear from you! Send me a message telling me a little bit about yourself if you’re interested.
