We have a lovely room becoming available in our flat in Barons Court, West London, and we’re looking for another girl to join us! 💗

You’d be living with 3 other girls aged 21–23. We’re a friendly and social flat who enjoy going for pub nights, having flat dinners, watching TV together with a glass of wine, but also have our own lives and are respectful of each other’s space 😊

📍 Location

* 5-minute walk to Barons Court Station
* Easy access to both the District & Piccadilly lines
* Around a 15-minute walk to Hammersmith Station
* 10-minute walk to the River Thames
* Lots of lovely parks, cafés, pubs and restaurants nearby
* Great location for getting into central London

💰 £930 per month + bills (bills are roughly £100 per month)

👩 Looking for:

* A girl aged 21–27
* Social, friendly and easy-going
* Clean and considerate
* Someone who is keen to be part of a friendly flat, rather than just having somewhere to sleep!
