The house is very close to all amenities such as Supermarkets (Sainsburys , Tesco, M&S and Waitrose), Restaurants, Shops, Bars etc).

It's a short walk to the tube (District/Piccadilly and Hammersmith & City/Circle Lines) with good access to Kensington, the City (30 mins) and the Airport.

We have 5 hours of cleaning lady per week, all cleaning materials and toilet paper are supplied by me which are all included in the rent too.

Double Bedroom – The bedroom has a beautiful brass double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a south facing window which immerses the room with light.

Reception: Area generous area of over 300 sqft, I love this part of the house as it has light streaming in from the conservatory with lovely wooden floors throughout and extremely impressive views of the garden. There is satellite TV with two comfy sofas to curl up on whilst watching movies.

Dining Area: The dining area is in the conservatory which forms part of the reception area and has a beautiful glass dining table and chairs to seat 8.

Kitchen: fully equipped with 4 point gas hob, a double oven one fan assisted, the other grill and oven, dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also ample crockery, cutlery and glasses.

Bathroom:“ a modern and slick bathroom with cream and black tiles in the bath and the floor areas, a lovely tub to relax in with both a head and hand shower to wash away the bubbles. It also has a toilet, sink, plenty of space for your toiletries, large mirror and a shaving socket.

The House is located in central London, perfectly located for both professional and student guests and has very good transport links. The area is called Barons Court and is one of the most sought after locations in London where Londoners love to live. The shops, restaurants and bars of buzzing Kensington & Chelsea, and glamorous Knightsbridge are within easy reach. Head for the nearby attractions of affluent High Street Kensington, wander through Hyde Park, or explore the world famous Museums. For the bright lights of the West End, central London is just 20 minutes away by tube. It's a very charming area where you will find many of the best restaurants, shopping and museum in London nearby!
