The flat is on the first floor in a single tower block (not on an estate). It has a small eat-in kitchen, with washing machine, the hob is gas, there is a new air fryer and microwave. The spa-style bathroom has a modern shower, and there is a separate toilet with hand basin; as these will be shared, consideration will be needed in order to leave the facilities as you find them, also please note that we don't have overnight guests, as this could overstretch the shared facilities.

5-7 minute walk to Barons Court on 24 hour Piccadilly Line, and District Line, and a 7-10 minute walk to Hammersmith Bus depot. 3 minutes from nearest gym, with several more to choose from in similar radius.

Just off the prestigious Hammersmith Road, an 8-minute walk to Olympia, with Kensington High Street beyond, and the beautiful Holland Park.

Hammersmith has riverside walks with green open spaces, a vibrant high street with a choice of clothes shops and supermarkets, and the entire area has a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants.

I am looking for a full-time professional female (not working from home) or full-time student, who is friendly but respectful of each other's privacy as well as being tidy and keeping ones laundry and washing up managed in a considerate way.
