I have a small but pretty double bedroom with ensuite shower/WC, which over looks a sunny patio from the second floor, and is fairly private from the rest of the house. There is a large smart TV with Netflix in the bedroom. You will have access to WIFI, washing machine for your laundry, full kitchen use with microwave. All bills with council tax (Band F) are included, and there is a cleaner once a fortnight for your room.

The house interior is uncluttered and tidy, and I consider myself friendly and welcoming. I enjoy reading, music and good box sets. This is not a party house, so I prefer relaxed conversation to all night revelry. I work from home, and am in and out of the house.

Any lodger needs to work from the office, not from home, however occasional days can be negotiated

5-10 minute walk to Clapham Junction which has direct links to VICTORIA LINE, DISTRICT & CIRCLE LINE, NORTHERN LINE (and others) and a 10 minute walk to Battersea Park. There are excellent bus routes to Chelsea, Fulham, Victoria and the City. My neighbourhood is buzzy during the weekdays with many local cafes and shops.. Cherry trees bloom in the spring and there are plenty of restaurants for eating well and reasonably in the area.
