One room in Battersea with terrace

A room has become available in our 3-bed flat. We are currently on a joint contract so would just involve a change of sharer. The room will be available after the August bank holiday weekend.

We are two professionals in our late 20s/early 30s. We’d ideally like to share with a third flatmate who is clean, sociable, enjoys binging a new Netflix series, whilst equally respecting each other’s space 😊

Room is £781pm and bills are around £100 each a month. The deposit is £708 and there may also be a small admin fee for changing contract name etc.

The room is fully furnished with a bed and two wardrobes. The flat itself has a kitchen/living area that leads out to a terrace (with its own little bbq) and a shared bathroom.

We’re on a quiet street just off Queenstown road, half way between Battersea Park and Clapham Common so lots of green space and bars/restaurants nearby. Transport wise, it’s a 10/15 min walk to Queenstown road, Battersea Park and Battersea Power station and a 20 min walk (or 5 min bus) to Clapham Common tube and Clapham Junction stations.
