- Access to a beautiful, well-kept communal garden.
- Parking available upon request for a small fee.
- Excellent access to green spaces. Very close to Larkhall Park and Battersea Park. Clapham Common is 20 minutes' walk away.
- Lots of local sports amenities: nearest gym is PureGym (less than 5 minutes' walk), plus Southbank Gym (known for squash facilities) and Third Space (Battersea Power Station). Larkhall Park has tennis facilities. Battersea Park has a running track, tennis and padel courts.
- Nearest grocery shops: Tesco (5 minutes walk). M&S (10 minutes walk), Sainsburys (15 minutes walk).

- We have a very cute, calm whippet. She is a trained therapy dog who works in hospitals.
- We are both quiet people and our home is our haven. We love cooking, baking, going on walks with the dog and visiting new places.
