Sharing with me, the homeowner, so there is a great deal of space for just 2 housemates in total. I run a recruitment business and work long hours, based at the office 4 days per week. I am into my fitness during the week and have a busy social life outside of the home at the weekends. I travel frequently, so the house is often empty.

The incredible re-development of Battersea Power Station is a 20-minute walk away, offering high-end restaurants, shops and entertainment. Clapham Junction Station is a 15-minute walk. Sloane Square and all the delights Chelsea has to offer is a 20-minute bus ride. The house is in a great location within a lovely friendly neighbourhood.

The £1500 pcm rent is inclusive of all household bills, a cleaner and a gardener. The rent for a short let will be £1650 pcm, or £55 per night. The deposit is 2 weeks' rent, £1500.

The room is free from 13th September, however, I am keen to find the right person to share with, rather than filling it immediately.
