The flat has all modern amenities, a walk in shower, communal gardens, a laundry and caretaker. On the adjacent Battersea Square you will find a bar, superb cafes, including Gail's bakery and 3 restaurants: an italian, an indian,, a Lebanese, a drycleaner, comprehensively stocked village shop, barber and hair salon.

It is the perfect spot for those who want to live in a historic village type community just 12 minutes walk from the King's Rd, along the river path and over the bridge., with Triyoga and many bars and restaurants. The exciting new Battersea Power Station Development is half an hours walk through Battersea Park with running track, tennis courts, a boating lake and the wonderful Pear Tree cafe.

Battersea Square has a unique, villagey, mediterranean character. The Royal College of Art is at the end of the road, the Royal Ballet School a short walk away and Heatherleys Independent Art School a 45 min walk across the river. The 170 bus provides a door to door service to Victoria Station ( 13-23 mins) and Clapham Junction (10-20 mins)and South Kensington tube is around 15 minutes by bus from Battersea Bridge, where the Science museum, Natural History museum and Victoria and Albert museum can be found.
