In the room there is a double 4'0 bed with a storage space, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small bed cupboard, desk/table and two chairs. The room is south facing so very bright:) There are blackout curtains so it will be helpful during a summer.

There is also a big storage on the landing upstairs. You can store all your winter stuff, there is plenty of space:) The flat has been just recently renovated so everything is new.

In the kitchen all standard stuff, wasching machine, dishwasher, fridge.

15 min. Walk Clapham Junction
20 min by bus (1 min next to the flat) to Victoria ( bus 170)
15 min by bus to Slone Square or South Kensington stations plus a short walk to the bus stop
10 min walk to Battersea Park

The flat is located near a charming Battersea Square where you can find great coffee shops and restaurants.

It feels like being on holidays in this location:) Beautiful walks along the river and a short walk to Battersea Park. Battersea Power Station is about 25 min walk through the park.

Very quiet and friendly neighbours:)

No living room, shared bathroom and kitchen. There is a second toilet downstairs that will be upgraded next week:)

Initially I'm looking to rent out one room and soon the second one so potentially three people living here in the flat (max).
In total there are three rooms and I've my dressing room upstairs as well.

I'm a quiet person and respect other people's privacy. I go to the office 2-3 times a week. Love walks and nature. Don't listen to loud music or have people around very often.
