Preferable no smokers or heavy drinkers / smokers need to go outside the building to smoke. I don’t mind weekly short term rentals but also considering longer term for suitable people .
The room is undergoing small refurbishment soon so the furniture slightly change. It’s a big room of 16 square meters with a window facing a communal garden. Quiet at night but at the same time close to local shops, restaurants and pubs.
