It is a well maintained flat which has two bedrooms, a large sitting/dining room, separate kitchen, plus bathroom (WC, bath, shower) and separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The flat is on the third floor of a well managed, secure gated complex which has a permanent caretaker, lift, entryphone and planting all round the buildings.

Old Battersea Square is a fun pedestrian area surrounded by open air cafes and restaurants. Just outside you can catch the 170 bus which runs between Clapham Junction and Victoria. Battersea Park is an amazing green space just a few minutes walk away. A really fantastic area to live in.
